The pool is heated for a fee of $35 per night or $175 per week, with the heat required to be purchased for the entire day. For longer stays, pool heating rates can be negotiated. Additionally, there is a child protective fence for added security.

4 Parking spots in total! 2 in the private driveway and 2 in the garage. Plenty of street parking is available too! Easily step inside at ground level using the keyless entry system. Large living room with an electric fireplace and Pottery Barn leather sofas! The four bedrooms located within the rental have all been tastefully decorated for our guests to enjoy their stay. Each room offers a different setup, style, and view. This single-level home is perfect for children and the elderly: no stairs!

The Best Airbnb and Host EVER! The bedrooms (and beds) where so well decorated and comfortable. The house had all sorts of accommodations including bikes! The pool was the perfect place to just hang out for coffee in the morning, day swimming, and feet soaking at night.

Tara and the house was amazing! The location is in a great spot and loved how close everything was. Tara was attentive and responded quickly to my questions (which there weren’t many since she got everything down pack). I went with my friends of a total of 7 and it worked out perfectly. The pool was great if we wanted to have a day in and relax. We rode bikes to Publix down the road, watched movies, went to then beach and a ton of other things. Overall the experience was amazing. Tara is an amazing host! Her home is lovely and filled with so many little details that make the stay pleasant. We had such a wonderful time in her home. She literally thought of everything that a family could need and would like included in a 5 star airbnb vacation. Located close to Dunedin which is a must visit town with shops restaurants and breweries. So happy we got to experience a stay at the cycling mermaid and hope to return in the future!

ENJOY A FULL KITCHEN
The Cycling Mermaid comes fully equipped with a full kitchen and large dining space. For those that enjoy home cooked meals, even while away from home, you’ve got it all! The view from the kitchen has full access to the dining area and is directly located at the entrance of the garage. Grocery hauls are a breeze as you barely have to travel far with your groceries. We also supply a full coffee bar area as well as a 12 in 1 Ninja Instapot, airfryer, slow cooker, etc.
